We have recently changed our IT systems and have introduced a new My Bernicia tenant portal.
You will be required to re-register using your new tenancy number, telephone number and date of birth.
If you have used our portal in the last three months, you should have received an email in relation to this with your new tenancy number. If you haven't used the portal recently, please call our customer services team on 0344 800 3 800 who will be able to provide you with your new tenancy number after a couple of validation checks.
